In April 2016 Neil Furness emailed:
I have SXF453 (chassis no 111800955) here in a sad state but all complete — it's for sale.

He then posted on the LRSOC Forum:
Complete 1958 series 1 88" project for sale reg no SXF 453. It's all complete and in one piece but needs total restoration. Very original, complete with V5C log book.

That certainly is a restoration project and a half! Clearly a Reconnaissance vehicle, but the rear windows on and beside the 'cat flap' are non-original. I hope that Neil finds a buyer, who will keep us up to date with the progress of the restoration.
